Event Agreement

1. Parties

On one side, Cuca Libre LLC, d/b/a Zilú Restaurant (“ZILÚ”), located at 2589 S Hiawassee Rd, Orlando, FL 32835, email contact@zilurestaurant.com. On the other, the Client identified by the details submitted in the form on this page, which become Exhibit I of this Agreement.

2. Purpose of the Agreement

Reservation of space and provision of food, beverage and event support services (Birthday, Large Party or Corporate) per the type, date, time and guest count submitted in the form below.

3. Reservation and Deposit

The date is confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit and acceptance of this Agreement. The deposit is credited toward the final bill on the day of the event.

4. Final Guest Count and Menu Confirmation

Final guest count and menu must be confirmed in writing at least 5 calendar days in advance. This count becomes the minimum billing guarantee.

5. Food and Beverage

• All food and beverage must be provided by Zilú, except a celebration cake (cake fee applies).
• No outside alcohol (BYOB) is permitted.
• Zilú may refuse alcohol service to guests under 21 or those intoxicated, per Florida law.

6. Pricing, Service Charge and Taxes

A service charge/gratuity and Orange County, FL sales tax will be added. Pricing is valid for 90 days from acceptance of this Agreement.

7. Payment

Remaining balance due at the conclusion of the event. Corporate events may negotiate invoicing with prior approval.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• 30+ days: 50% deposit refund or full credit.
• 14–30 days: deposit forfeited; 50% credit at Zilú’s discretion.
• Under 14 days or no-show: deposit fully forfeited.

9. Event Hours and Overtime

Time beyond the contracted period is subject to an hourly overtime fee, subject to availability.

10. Decorations, Entertainment and Outside Vendors

Decorations, sound, DJ or outside vendors require prior written approval. Unauthorized confetti/glitter incurs a cleaning fee.

11. Liability for Damages

The Client is responsible for damage to premises, furniture or equipment caused by themselves, guests or vendors.

12. Release of Liability and Indemnification

Zilú is not responsible for lost personal items or vehicle damage. The Client agrees to indemnify Zilú against claims arising from the event, except for Zilú’s own proven negligence.

13. Conduct and Safety

The Client is responsible for the conduct of guests and vendors. Zilú may end the event without refund if safety is at risk.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance due to events beyond its reasonable control.

15–17. Amendments, Governing Law and General Provisions

Amendments are valid only in writing. This Agreement is governed by Florida law, venue in Orange County. This document represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding the event.
